Works to Listed Building Grade II - Erection of an awning to front elevation to facilitate an external seating area together with alterations to the ground floor rear roof space to facilitate the creation of a first floor rear terrace with external shisha area. Alterations to rear elevation to create an entrance onto the proposed rear terrace area along with the erection of a first floor canopy to enclose the proposed rear seating area at first floor level.
