This application seeks a further discharge of condition 7 (previously discharged under ref: 19/501464/SUB and 14/502973/FULL) following an amendment to the Section 278 submission. The amended Section 278 drawing shows a footpath width of between 1.5m and 2m being provided to the West side of Ham Lane provided with pedestrian tactile crossings which will involve the removal of a small section of existing hedge to accommodate the footpath. A replacement double staggered mixed native hedge will be planted to the rear of the footpath for this section.
