Conversion of existing dwelling and basement into 3no. flats comprising of 1no. one bed, 1no. two bed and 1no. 3 bed. and excavation to front of dwelling

Non Material Amendment - Rooflights were missing on the planning drawing roof plans and elevations to the 3 apartment blocks (Mill Way, Cooks Lane & High Street). These rooflights do not serve any of the flats accommodation, they are purely smoke vents at high level to the communal areas, they cannot be viewed out of from inside the building, they are not at an internal accessible level. Therefore, they do not introduce any additional overlooking subject to 15/502912/FULL.

Section 73 - Application for minor material amendment to condition 4 (to allow increase in length and height of building, including alterations to fenestration and internal layout) pursuant to 18/503485/OUT (Outline application for erection of 4-storey building comprising 8(no) 1-bedroom flats with access, layout, scale and appearance to be determined and landscaping reserved for subsequent approval) that was allowed at appeal (Ref: APP/U2235/W/19/3223447).

Non-material amendment to planning permission 18/503485/OUT: To replace external flat entrance doors on either flank wall with an obscure glazed window in reflection of altered flats layout. Waste pipes to run on the outside of the building.

Section 73 - application for minor material amendment to approved plans condition 2 (to allow rear block to be increased by 700mm in width and alteration to staircase to first floor flats) pursuant to 19/503553/FULL for - Demolition of existing detached dwelling. Erection of two buildings comprising of 10no. flats (4no. one bedroom flats in a two storey building & 5no. one bedroom and 1no. two bedroom flat in a three storey building) including parking, external areas and extension of existing vehicular access.
