Creation of a swimming pool and internal and external alterations to existing storage outbuilding to allow use as a garage, including associated landscape works.

Section 73 - Application for Variation of condition 3 (rainwater goods), 4 (window and door materials) and 12 (emission rates) pursuant to application 19/506127/FULL for - Demolition of the existing bungalow and 2no. outbuildings, and erection of a replacement four bedroom family home with attached garage.

Variation of condition 11 of previously approved: 17/500098/FULL (Demolition of existing buildings and erection of single detached dwelling house) for no development, other than ground works, including the excavation of foundation trenches, shall take place until the existing buildings on the site are demolished and their foundations and all other arising's removed from site.
