Conversion of main (2/3-storey) building to 14(no) self-contained flats, including fenestration alterations; conversion of outbuildings to 2(no) dwellings including fenestration alterations and alterations to roof of existing storage building; and rearrangement of parking area and associated works.

Demolition of existing rear extension and outbuilding. Erection of a three storey rear extension and refurbishment of existing shops to create 4 new shops with associated staff facilities, 5no. one bedroom residential flats including insertion of solar panels, associated parking, cycle store and changes to fenestration.

Discharge of Condition 6 of 21/502357/REM for - Plots 159, 177 and 191, Apartment Block C and Apartment Block D, no development beyond the construction of foundations shall take place until details of the window reveal, eaves (and where appropriate) verge construction detailing and feature brickwork has been submitted to and approved.

Listed building consent for internal and external works to facilitate conversion of main (2/3-storey) building to 14(no) self-contained flats, including fenestration alterations, and conversion of outbuildings to 2(no) dwellings including fenestration alterations and alterations to roof of existing storage building.
