Lawful Development Certificate Existing use for the continued use of Callum Park House as a single dwelling house occupied by persons not solely or mainly employed or last employed locally in agriculture or forestry or any dependent or widow/widower of such (non-compliance with condition (ii) approved application with reference SW/91/456) and uninterrupted breach of agricultural occupancy condition for a period in excess of the last ten years.

Lawful Development Certificate (Existing) for occupancy conditions for planning application approval MA/96/1712 have been in breach for over 10 years. The occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be limited to: (i) any person working at or owning the adjoining livery actively used for the stabling of no less than 14 horses at all times, or reasonably available for the stabling of not less than 14 horses at all times, and to any resident dependents; or (ii) a person solely or mainly working or last working, in the locality in agriculture or in forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person and to any resident dependents
