Non-material amendment application in relation to 21/502584/FULL: Internal refurbishment to bring the premises above the shop up to Building Regulation standards, keeping the initial proposal for a 2 bed flat. Changes have been made to the initial proposal including the removal of the stairwell, which is replaced with another one utilising the space more efficiently. All doors are fire rated, and a fire alarm system has been installed, emergency lights and signs for fire exit have been installed, and windows act as secondary fire exits. Ensuite bathrooms have been installed. Car parking, bike and in stores have been added as per the current Planning requirements. The external appearance of the property has not been changed or adjusted in anyway.
