Tree Preservation Order Application : Translocate nine trees T2, T3, T6, T7, T9, T11, T12, T14 and T15. Remove/replace two others and replace them with six trees T10 and T13. All details set out in Arboricultural Report.

The costs include chipping to waste and stacking wood in neat piles within the tree belt areas, away from any woodland paths.

Conservation Area Notification: To crown reduce one Goat Willow tree (T2) by 2.5m in height and shape sides accordingly leaving a 10m x 4m crown. Also, to cut back overhanging branches reducing a second Goat Willow tree (T3) by 2m in both height and lateral spread leaving a 7m by 5m crown.

Tree Preservation Order Application : 1x Birch tree at top of drive. Fell and level the roots of the whole area to enable be to put down level block paving. Tree roots are uplifting the block paving and the tarmac.
