TPO Application: To cut back one yew tree (T2) back to the boundary reducing the tree by 4ft, also to reduce the height by 20ft due to cutting light and heat from our house.

Conservation Area notification: T1 - To sectionally fell to ground level Sycamore tree on drive with hole in the base going into root plate T2 - To cut 4 - 6 Pine tree lateral branches back by 3-4 metres overhanging roof on front boundary near house. T3 - To crown lift Sycamore tree under Pine tree to a height of 4-5 metres on front boundary near house for vehicular access and access of lane for high sided vehicles. T4 - To crown lift Nordman Fir tree to a height of 4 metres on front boundary for vehicular access and access of lane for high sided vehicles. G1 - To crown lift group of 4 Sycamore trees at entrance to driveway to 4 metres in height for vehicular access and access of lane for high sided vehicles.

Conservation Area notification: Betula Pendula - Silver Birch: Mature tree located on the l/h/s boundary near the house; to reduce height from 14m-11m and radial spread 5m-3.5m. Betula Pendula - Silver Birch: Mature tree located in the centre of the lawn towards the end of the garden; Height reduced from 12-9m and radial spread from 6m-3.5-4m. Prunus Avium - Wild Cherry: Heavily pruned tree under the birch on the l/h/s boundary; -To reduce the branch going over the boundary to the first growth at 4-4.5m AGL, to then pollard the entire tree to match that of the stub over the bench. Essentially a pollard of 4-4.5m AGL. Salix Babylonica - Weeping Willow: Established tree at the rear of the garden on the r/h/s; -To remove the overhanging growth back to the boundary in a sympathetic manner. Cutting back growth by up to 3metres and lifting the crown to 8m AGL

TPO application - T1:Common Horse chestnut adj to side of house - Crown reduce to previous reduction points, final height of 13m, and radial spread of 7m; T2: Ivy covered Sycamore just on from T1 within neighbouring grounds - Cut back to near boundary line; T3:Large sycamore in rear garden- Crown reduce to previous reduction points, final height of 16m, radial spread of 6m; G4:Holly and silver birch along Springfield Avenue boundary with road. Fell to ground level and remove all arisings; G5:Various trees from end of road up to entrance. Crown reduce 3no. yews to final height of 2.5m, radial spread of 2.5m, and 2no. lime trees to final height of 5m, 4m radial spread; G6: Various trees on left hand side of road entrance. Fell to ground level and remove all arisings.

Conservation area notification to cut back overhang (on Millstone House side) of several Fir trees, one Bay, and one Holm Oak to boundary.

TPO application for: Works to 1x Chestnut - cut back branches that are encroaching on house to approx 4 metres distance from the house, crown lift to 4 metres around the trunk and 5/6 metres at tips, remove all significant Deadwood and reduce crown by 20%. Works to 1x London Plane tree - cut back branches that are encroaching on house to approx 4 metres distance from the house, reduce the branches that overhang the neighbouring property to 2 metres within boundary, crown lift to 4 metres around the trunk and 5/6 metres at tips, remove all significant deadwood and reduce crown by 20%.

To repollard to same height as previously permitted the Hawthorn/Ivy hedging (1 on sketch), Ash (2) reduce from 7m-5-5.5m H, Maple/Sycamore (3) reduce from 7m to 5-6m H and Laurel (4) cut back to boundary. Pollarding required to keep road clear of obstructions (branches are frequently being broken off by bin lorry and other large vehicles as they pass) and to maintain overall health of the trees/shrubs and reduce risk of branches/sections breaking off in adverse weather. To reduce the Magnolia next to the house (5) from approx. 7-8m to 5-6m to maintain the overall health of the tree and to prevent it causing damage to the property; to remove the decayed limb from the Plum tree and prune the fruit trees (6) reducing height from approx. 5-6m to 3.5-4m, to maintain overall health; to reduce by 30% in height the Cotoneaster (7) Currently approx 5-6m H to maintain overall health of it and the surrounding vegetation including buddleia which are competing with it for light and resources.

Conservation Area Notification - T1 Quercus ilex - Holm oak: Located on the north boundary wall; to reduce the height of this tree by 1m approx. and then to trim the sides of the tree using a hedge trimmer leaving a formal shape. Proposed Approx Height 5m and Radial Spread 2.5m T2 Ilex aquifolium - holly: Large tree located on the northern boundary near the School House and hot tub; we spoke for some time regarding this tree and it was decided that a suitable approach would be to; -Reduce the branches on the hot tub side by 2m. -Prune to give 1-2m clearance of the chimney. -Remove the young, adventitious growth in the centre of the crown, this will reduce the height of the tree slightly also. -Reduce the lower sections of the remaining crown to match in with the upper parts as discussed also removing 1-2m where necessary. Radial spread being reduced form 6m to 4m at the widest parts, generally 5m to 3m across the tree as a whole, height from 8m to 6m
