Conservation Area Application : T1 - To crown reduce Apple tree to previous points (maximum 1 metre in both height and lateral spread) and shape on rear side boundary leaving a 2 metre by 4 metre parasol crown - annual pruning. T2 - To prune and shape Apple trees opposite in rear garden by a maximum of 30 cms in both height and lateral spread leaving a 1 metre by 3 metre crown - annual pruning. T3 - To cut neighbours overhanging Fig tree back to boundary by a maximum of 2 metres laterally and away from garage roof in rear garden. T4 - To cut back Holly tree growing into neighbours garden by a maximum of 2 metres in lateral spread and shape in rear garden leaving a 3 metre tall by 2 metre pear shaped crown.

Tree preservation order application - T1 Sycamore- fell and replant with a Liquid Amber. The tree is located on a steep bank (recently landscaped), next to a brick built garage (trunk 1m away and crown overhanging) and within close proximity to the house. Reasons for felling include reducing future damage to surrounding buildings and allowing more light in to surrounding properties and juvenile trees in the garden.

Conservation Area Notification: To Reduce Two Sycamore trees (A and B) by 30% Current height 15.85m, current Width 12.8m reduce to a height of 10m, width of 8m for tree A and Tree B current height of 13.4m, width of 10.34m reduce to height of 9m and width of 6m, One of the Sycamore trees (A) the branches are now starting extend over the garage. The other Sycamore tree (B) is too tall and will soon be effecting electronic cables overhead if not reduced.

TPO application: Cut back northwest lateral branches of one Scots Pine growing over house to reduce weight. Reduce lateral limbs from 5m up to 3.5m; Cut back northwest and southwest lateral branches of one Scots Pine growing over house and garage to reduce end weight.
