Conservation Area Notification : One large Eucalyptus tree removal down to a stump. Stump left in ground at approximate height of 500mm. Removal is safest option for the safekeeping neighbouring Manor House. The tree has grown on an elevated section of ground with a retaining wall wall close by the trunk, leading to increased instability. Replanting is not considered necessary.

TPO Application to crown raise one sweet chestnut tree (T3) to 5m by removing lower ring of small diameter branches. Reduce over extended branches on house side of crown by up to 2m, to clear from house and shape into main crown. Total height of tree to remain the same, resulting crown spread to be approx 8m.

TPO Application to pollard four willow trees (T9142-T9145) to approx. 7m from ground level. Also, to fell to ground level one willow tree (T9141) tree closest to house. Due to historical stem damage around the base of the tree.

Tree Preservation Order Application : T1 - Sycamore. Fell and remove tree. The tree exhibits poor growth due to overcrowding, growing in close proximity with the neighbouring trees which have now been removed due to causing subsidence next door. T2 - Sycamore. Fell and remove tree. The second tree is causing significant issues to the outbuilding and has cracked the roof structure. The client is also concerned about subsidence issues having witnessed first hand the effect these trees can have on the house next door. Therefore the client wishes to mitigate this possibility and ensure the safety of their property and surrounding structures. Both trees are to be replaced by native species within one year.

TPO Application: To cut back one yew tree (T2) back to the boundary reducing the tree by 4ft, also to reduce the height by 20ft due to cutting light and heat from our house.

Conservation Area Application : Removal of 6no. conifer trees lining part of the drive situated next to the house. The Conifers have started to snap out at a point where they have been topped a long time ago.

Conservation area notification to pollard a group of three Sycamore (G1) back to previous established cut levels - 7m from ground level. Carry out works to Ash tree to remove dead wood, hanging branches, reshape and reduce lateral spread towards the house by 2m.

Tree preservation order application - T1 Sycamore- fell and replant with a Liquid Amber. The tree is located on a steep bank (recently landscaped), next to a brick built garage (trunk 1m away and crown overhanging) and within close proximity to the house. Reasons for felling include reducing future damage to surrounding buildings and allowing more light in to surrounding properties and juvenile trees in the garden.

Conservation area notification to prune one Sycamore (T1) and one Ash (T2) back to provide 3m clearance from the house and crown lift three Sycamore (T3, T4 and T5) to 8m when measured from the base of the tree.

Conservation area notification: Medium sized ash tree on SBC land across the path from our front lawn and leaning towards the house. Reduce the tree by 30% to maintain its overall shape, but checking the growth towards the house.
