Tree Preservation Order Application : T1 - Sycamore. Fell and remove tree. The tree exhibits poor growth due to overcrowding, growing in close proximity with the neighbouring trees which have now been removed due to causing subsidence next door. T2 - Sycamore. Fell and remove tree. The second tree is causing significant issues to the outbuilding and has cracked the roof structure. The client is also concerned about subsidence issues having witnessed first hand the effect these trees can have on the house next door. Therefore the client wishes to mitigate this possibility and ensure the safety of their property and surrounding structures. Both trees are to be replaced by native species within one year.

Conservation Area Notification : T1 Ash Tree, This tree is on the top of a bank growing over the nursery building, the tree has over weighted limbs extending over the roof. Proposal to Pollard the tree to leave limbs at 2 Metres from the main stem.

Conservation Area Application : T1 - To crown reduce Apple tree to previous points (maximum 1 metre in both height and lateral spread) and shape on rear side boundary leaving a 2 metre by 4 metre parasol crown - annual pruning. T2 - To prune and shape Apple trees opposite in rear garden by a maximum of 30 cms in both height and lateral spread leaving a 1 metre by 3 metre crown - annual pruning.
