Non-material amendment: Proposed pruning of three individual trees growing on Network Rail land (sycamore trees nos. 31 and 32 and hawthorn no. 35; numbering as per approved tree protection plan 'SJA TPP 18176-01a') to the specifications outlined in the attached Tree Works Plan with schedule of tree works (SJA TWP 21295-061). To summarise, proposed pruning of these three trees represents the reduction of their overhanging canopies back towards the site boundary (original application ref: 18/504382/FULL).
