Non Material Amendment - Rooflights were missing on the planning drawing roof plans and elevations to the 3 apartment blocks (Mill Way, Cooks Lane & High Street). These rooflights do not serve any of the flats accommodation, they are purely smoke vents at high level to the communal areas, they cannot be viewed out of from inside the building, they are not at an internal accessible level. Therefore, they do not introduce any additional overlooking subject to 15/502912/FULL.
