Tree Preservation Order application: Ash - falls within TPO 1of 1969 designated in W8. It appears to be self-seeded and is not considered a suitable species to be growing so close to nearby structures. We wish to remove the tree completely. There is also a goat willow which does not fall within TPO1 within 2 metres of the Ash which would also be felled. We have had a preliminary visit from Paul Hegley (Landscape Officer/Arboriculturist), Maidstone Borough Council to offer advice on this matter
