TPO Application - Oak Tree. Current Height of Tree is Approximately 30m to be reduced to 15m. Reason for works: Excessive Shading and to Prevent Potential Roof Damage.

Tree Preservation Order application: One Oak Tree - Tree has large trunk that splits into three, wish to remove one trunk nearest house (shown on plan), leaving the remaining two straight trunks. Tree is estimated at 16m high, wish to reduce this to 13m. Tree span is unbalanced at present with 6m span on left and 8m span on right side, wish to even up the span by reducing it by 2m on left side and 4m on right side due to the safety aspect and squirrels getting on ours and neighbours roof.

TPO Application - To cut back tree branches overhanging the pathway and encroaching the building/building roof by 2 meters around the perimeter of the site, species are a mixture of Oak European Filbert, Sallow, Hawthorn and Ash. Reason: Pinecones falling onto members of the public.

TPO Application - Ash (T1) Crown raise Ash to 8m to enable clearance of roof of the house.

TPO Application for 1 x Ash Tree - Raise the canopy of the tree to 6.0 metres and clear the neighbour's roof by 2.0 metres.

TPO Application T1 (Oak) Is 13m wide and 14m high, Reducing the crown all around by no more than 2m, also to thin by no more than 25% T2 (Oak) is 11m wide on 12m high, Again, reducing the crown all around by no more than 1m, also to thin by no more than 25% T3 (Oak) 10m high and 10m wide, As T2 T4 (Oak) 7m high and 7m wide, As T2 T5, No works to be carried out. T6, 7 and 9 - Remove any deadwood due to signs of excessive dieback. T10 - (2x Oaks) Smaller Oak to be removed as it is in decline, Remove deadwood from larger Oak and cut back to leave clearance 2-3 metres from building to stop damage to pavilion thatched roof. T11 (3x Silver Birches) Crown lift lower branches to give clearance of 2.4m from ground. T12 (Oak) is 11m wide on 12m high, Again, reducing the crown all around by no more than 1m, also to thin by no more than 25%

Tree Preservation Order no. 1 of 1969: An application for consent to remove epicormic growth from trunks, to thin crowns by 15-20%, to remove branches closest to roof of property, and to remove dead crossings or rubbing branches from 2(no) Oak trees.

TPO application for 1 x Oak -(T1) Remove long limbs growing directly over the roof of No.2 and neighbour, reduce the remainder of the tree by 1.5-2 meters with a final measurement height of 11m with a crown spread of 4 meters.
