TPO application to reduce the overhanging branches to the north, east and south of one Sycamore (T1) back to within 1m of the boundary fence and reduce the overhanging branches to the east of one Sycamore (T2) back to boundary fence.

TPO Application - Carpinus Betulus, tree overwhelmed by ivy and is causing damage to the boundary fence of the property (by lifting). We would like to remove the tree. Replacment Carpinus Betula can be placed nearby subject to TPO 1 of 1969

TPO Application to Fell Two Ash Trees (T1 and T2). To Reduce one Ash Tree (T5) by 4m, 9m to 5m, lift to 5m and thin by 15%. To Repollard One Lime Tree (T6) from 13m to 7m. To Lift One Sycamore Tree (T7) to 5m over car park and reduce longer laterals by 3m from 8m to 5m. To Lift One Yew Tree (T8) to 4m over neighbouring property and prune overhang to clear building by 1.5m. To Remove epicormic growth up to crown break of One Lime Tree (T9), thin by 15% & re-pollard 1 x vertical stem (closest to fence) due to major cavity from previous historical pollard point (cavity at 6.5m).

Tree Preservation Order Application: Reduce by 2m G1 - 2 Lime trees that overhang the driveway. Lime trees are approximately 80 feet tall and after cutting will have a spread of 38 feet diameter. Deadwood all other trees in groups G2, G3, T2 and T3, where necessary. Trim T2 - 25mm branches that overhang fence at low level.

Tree Preservation Order application: T1 Hazel stool - cut back from substation and reduce to 1.5 meters removing 4 meters of growth, G1 Laurel - reduce to fence height circa 2 meters taking 4 meters from the top of the hedge, T2 Ash - cut back from property to give 1 meter clearance approx 1.5 meters removed, T3 Silver Birch - cut back from property to give 1 meter clearance approx 1.5 meters removed, T4 Ash - cut back from property to give 1 meter clearance approx 1.5 meters removed. Works are requested as a result from a resident complaint to KCC about encroachment of trees on their property.

TPO application to reduce back North-western limb of one Black Walnut growing towards building by approximately 5m, further selective pruning of 3no. lateral branches on the lower North-eastern canopy to provide a minimum ground clearance of 3 meters; Reduce long, over-extended stem of one Ash tree overhanging grass area back to fence line

TPO Application for 6 X G1 - To reduce branches of trees back to boundary fence (approx. 4-5mtrs) 10-12m up and remove any dead wood next to/overhanging garage opp No.4.T1 - 1 (T1) x Walnut tree -To cut back to just past tenants fence line (approx 2-3m). 1 x T2 - To cut back tree overhanging 16/17 back to just past tenants fence line (approx 2-3m). 1 x T3 - To cut back tree overhanging 16 back to just past tenants fence line (approx 2-3m).

TPO application: Group of mixed species trees, comprising of mainly Sweet chestnut coppice stools and Birch trees. Trees are encroaching from neighbouring land, causiing excessive shading and hindering parking of vehicles. Cut back to provide up to 2m clearance from fence line by removing/coppicing trees with a stem diameter of up to 400mm (at 1.5m) and to crown lift to provide up to 5.5 meters clearance from ground level any trees over 400mm in stem diameter (at 1.5m).

Tree Preservation Order application - T1 Hornbeam for 2-3m Crown reduction, remaining crown spread will be 11m, remaining height will be 19m after works are completed. T2 and T3 Western Red Cedars for height reduction from 6m to 4m. All trees in rear garden of property, Hornbeam to centre of lawn area, Cedars to boundary fence. Crown reduction in line with general maintenance, mature tree in centre of small lawn becoming over sized and requires reduction. Height reduction of Western Red Cedars x2 in line with regular maintenance, reducing height for safety of property and tree health management within a small space.
