Reduce height by 1-2m as appropriate and feasible to limit root spread to foundations. Final height of this tree once works have been carried out 10m. London Plane (T6) thin crown variously up to 15% of leaf area where branches are within 5m of domestic garage and windows to improve natural light to the garden and to the greenhouse in the garden of adjoining property (No.10) Reduce height by 3-4m as appropriate and feasible to limit root spread to foundations. Final height of this tree once works have been carried out 10m.
