Installation of 2 freestanding EV chargers on mounting post to the rear of the stables. Installation of PV array on roof slope of agricultural barn. Creation of wildlife pond.

Conversion and extension of existing stable block into an independent dwelling, incorporating change of use from equestrian to residential, creation of new accesses into adjoining fields, and erection of a refuse/storage area and bike store.

Change of use of land to alternate between horse usage and laser shooting range. Part change of use of a stable barns to a coffee shop including erection of a single storey extension and decking.

Demolition of stable buildings 2, 3, 4 & 5, creation of a parking area to the south of greenhouse, and erection of extensions to stable building 1 and the swimming pool building.

Extension to existing stables.

Extension and alterations to existing residential annex contained within the existing garage and stable block. Part retrospective approval for the original conversion of the workshop in the garage and stable block into a residential annex for the sole benefit of the existing residential dwelling.

Partial demolition of rear stable building. Erection of single storey rear extension and creation of first floor rear extension. Erection of home office and gym building in rear garden.
