Conservation Area Application : T1 - To crown reduce Apple tree to previous points (maximum 1 metre in both height and lateral spread) and shape on rear side boundary leaving a 2 metre by 4 metre parasol crown - annual pruning. T2 - To prune and shape Apple trees opposite in rear garden by a maximum of 30 cms in both height and lateral spread leaving a 1 metre by 3 metre crown - annual pruning. T3 - To cut neighbours overhanging Fig tree back to boundary by a maximum of 2 metres laterally and away from garage roof in rear garden. T4 - To cut back Holly tree growing into neighbours garden by a maximum of 2 metres in lateral spread and shape in rear garden leaving a 3 metre tall by 2 metre pear shaped crown.

Conservation Area Notification for 1 x (T1) Prunus lusitanica - Portugal laurel - to reduce in height to match that of the top of the garage apex. To also reduce the over hang back to the boundary (neighbour's side). Height reduce from 8m to 5.5 and spread from 5m to 2m.

Conservation Area Notification - 1 Salix babylonica - weeping willow: Pollarded tree standing 4m tall; to fell to ground level to stop future damage to front wall 2 Arbutus unedo - strawberry tree: Small tree, to crown reduce by the selective removal of between 1-1.5m from the branch tips depending on the opportunity to prune to suitable growth. Height reduced from 5m to 3.5 and radial spread from 3m to 2m. 3 Acer negundo - box elder: Growing over the boundary; to prune the limbs over the boundary to give a clear 2 metres clearance from the garage roof, and reducing the main stem also back towards the boundary by pruning back to previous points. In both cases approx. 3m to be removed from the branch tips.

Conservation area notification to: reduce top of one large ash by 2m leaving overall height of 8m, and limbs overhanging garden back to boundary line leaving spread of 8m; reduce two ash to below fence line to stop encroachment of garden and garage roof; reduce top of one ash by 2m leaving overall height of 9m, and limbs overhanging garden by 3m leaving a spread of 9m.
