Conservation Area notification: Betula Pendula - Silver Birch: Mature tree located on the l/h/s boundary near the house; to reduce height from 14m-11m and radial spread 5m-3.5m. Betula Pendula - Silver Birch: Mature tree located in the centre of the lawn towards the end of the garden; Height reduced from 12-9m and radial spread from 6m-3.5-4m. Prunus Avium - Wild Cherry: Heavily pruned tree under the birch on the l/h/s boundary; -To reduce the branch going over the boundary to the first growth at 4-4.5m AGL, to then pollard the entire tree to match that of the stub over the bench. Essentially a pollard of 4-4.5m AGL. Salix Babylonica - Weeping Willow: Established tree at the rear of the garden on the r/h/s; -To remove the overhanging growth back to the boundary in a sympathetic manner. Cutting back growth by up to 3metres and lifting the crown to 8m AGL

Trees in a Conservation Area notification: T1 (Ash)- Fell to allow remaining ash to flourish. T2 (Group of 3 Ashes)- To be removed to allow remaining ash to flourish. T3 (Ash)- To be removed. T4 (Ash)- To be removed. T5 (Ash)- To be removed. T6 (Group of 3 ashes)- To be removed. T7 (Ash)- To have both northern facing limbs removed as they currently reach right across new house gardens. T8 (Poplar)- To be removed. T9 (pair of poplars)- to be reduced in height from current 18m to 9m. T10 (Spruce) to be removed.

Tree in a Conservation Area notification: T1, Semi mature Oak tree - The tree has lesions at the base of the tree. Suspected Phytothora. Fell to ground level. G1,6x Silver Birch saplings on the bank next to the pool house. The catkins are clogging up the pool pool filtration system and is causing damage. Fell to ground level

Conservation Area Notification for 1 x (T1) Beech tree - Pruning of tree up to 3m as required to shape it, 1 x (T2) Ginko tree - Pruning of tree up to 3m as required to shape it, pollarding branches grown over house to avoid roof and drain damage, 1 x (T3) Lime tree - Felling of dangerous tree, (T4) Holly Trees- Pruning and thinning of trees that are overgrown across property and across substation. Some felling required of smaller trees to declutter and 1 x (T5) Horse chestnut tree - Pruning of up to 3.0m across road and paths as required to shape the tree.

Conservation Area Notification for 3 x (T1, T2, T3) Lime Trees - Crown reduction to previous pollard points. 1 x (T4) Oak Tree: Removal of branches currently resting on house roof and walls as indicated on annotated photograph.
