TPO Application to crown raise one sweet chestnut tree (T3) to 5m by removing lower ring of small diameter branches. Reduce over extended branches on house side of crown by up to 2m, to clear from house and shape into main crown. Total height of tree to remain the same, resulting crown spread to be approx 8m.

TPO Application to pollard four willow trees (T9142-T9145) to approx. 7m from ground level. Also, to fell to ground level one willow tree (T9141) tree closest to house. Due to historical stem damage around the base of the tree.

Tree Preservation Order Application : T1 - Sycamore. Fell and remove tree. The tree exhibits poor growth due to overcrowding, growing in close proximity with the neighbouring trees which have now been removed due to causing subsidence next door. T2 - Sycamore. Fell and remove tree. The second tree is causing significant issues to the outbuilding and has cracked the roof structure. The client is also concerned about subsidence issues having witnessed first hand the effect these trees can have on the house next door. Therefore the client wishes to mitigate this possibility and ensure the safety of their property and surrounding structures. Both trees are to be replaced by native species within one year.

Tree preservation order application - T1 Sycamore- fell and replant with a Liquid Amber. The tree is located on a steep bank (recently landscaped), next to a brick built garage (trunk 1m away and crown overhanging) and within close proximity to the house. Reasons for felling include reducing future damage to surrounding buildings and allowing more light in to surrounding properties and juvenile trees in the garden.

TPO Application to raise the crown of two large atlas cedar trees (T1 and T2). T1 crown lift to 5m above ground level with removal of deadwood. T2 crown lift to 5m above grown level, removing deadwood and small limb growing around phone line, reduce 2 x lowest over extended limb back from the house by approx 3m leaving approx 5m.

T1 Oak 1x low dead branch over the lawn. Remove dead branch T2 Oak reduce the Western radial spread from 7m to 5m. T3 Oak reduce the Western radial spread from 6m to 4m. T4 Oak reduce the Western radial spread from 4m to 2m. T5 Oak reduce the height from 15m to 12.5m and Western radial spread from 5m to 3m. T6 Oak reduce the Western radial spread from 8m to 6m. T7 Oak reduce the Western radial spread from 9m to 7m. Works are to provide 2m clearance from the property and to mitigate potential damage. The applicant would also like to include a 4 year maintenance schedule to maintain a 2m clearance from the house for T2 to T7.

TPO Application to reduce the crown of One Sycamore and One Lime Tree to the previous pollarding points due to neighbours being concerned of how close the tree is to their house.

TPO application to trim small branches/foliage at bottom of one Thuja to 2m to allow head room; Trim small branches/foliage at bottom of one Thuja to 2m to allow head room, trim south side of tree to 1m away from house, trim small branches/foliage at bottom of tree to allow 30 cm clearance above shed roof.

TPO application: Cut back northwest lateral branches of one Scots Pine growing over house to reduce weight. Reduce lateral limbs from 5m up to 3.5m; Cut back northwest and southwest lateral branches of one Scots Pine growing over house and garage to reduce end weight. Reduce northwest lateral limbs from 5m up to 3.5m. Reduce large southwest lateral limb from 5m up to 3m.

Tree Preservation Order application: T1 Oak reduce height 4m leaving finished height 12m. Reduce width 2m all orientations. Excessive shading. T2 Oak reduce height 3m leaving finished height 9m. Cut back East facing side to 1m from house (overhanging at present), cut back all other orientations 1.5m. Excessive shading. T3 Oak reduce height 3m leaving finished height 11m. Reduce width all orientations 2m. Excessive shading. T4 Oak reduce height 4m leaving finished height 13m. Reduce width all orientations 1.5m. Excessive shading. Trees have been reduced previously and pruning is effectively to the previous reduction.
