Removal of 2.5m-high hedge alongside pavement/road and replacement it with a 2 m wall. Original Victorian railings that are buried in the hedge will be retrieved and placed on original Victorian front walls that are missing railings so that all the low walls are uniform. Planting will provide greenery to show above wall: roses, honeysuckle, clematis, fruit trees.

Removal of condition 6 to application 19/504971/FULL (demolition of 2no. barns and erection of dwelling with associated garage and works) as site has no trees within proximity of approved build and therefore an AMS survey is not required.
