Conservation Area Notification - G1 Acer pseudoplatanus - sycamore: Approx. 7 self-sown trees growing on the rear boundary through the stock fence; to fell these to, or close to ground level. T2 Acer pseudoplatanus - sycamore: Large tree located in the rear garden in the l/h/s corner; to crown lift this tree over the parking near up to a height of 7m AGL, removing the lowest branch over the car park and the smaller one to the left.

Conservation Area Notification - Lawson Leyland - haven't been maintained. Unable to create a hedge because we would be cutting into old wood and they are situated a metre from the boundary. Would like to remove (Pic 1) Laurel - remove 2 lower branches to crown lift to a height of 1.75 from the base of the tree. (Pic 2 and 6) Holly - leaning into neighbours garden and is growing through a fence. Would like to remove (Pic 3) Ornamental conifers (Leyland, Juniper, False Cypress, True Cypress) - been planted very close together, would like to remove and replace with deciduous trees. (Pic 4) Fruit tree (unidentified) - doesn't look to be in good health. Would like to remove. (Pic 5)

Conservation Area Notification: T1, Reduce canopy of one small Eucalyptus tree by by 2m in height and balance. Tree height will be 4.5m in height with a crown spread of 2m. Tree moves a considerable amount in high winds and rubs on fence line also shades the neighbouring gardens.

Conservation Area Notification - T1 & T2 - Beech (Fagus Sylvatica) located in the front garden. The two trees have been left unmanaged from the rest of the beech hedge and are now interfering with overhead cables. Two trees to be taken back down the just below hedge height and allowed to grow into existing hedgerow. T3 - Conifer (Thuja Sp.) Located in back garden along side outbuilding to be felled because due overcrowding Crab apple. T4 - Holly (Ilex aquifolium variegata) Located in back garden next to Ginkgo to be heavily reduced to fence height to allow Ginkgo more light.

Conservation Area Notification - Hawthorn (T1) - To reduce to 5-6ft as will cause damage to fence

Conservation area notification to reduce height of one Common Yew to 3.5m. The side of the tree to be hedge trimmed in to match the lower growth. The new top to mirror the existing domed effect; Crown lift one Hornbeam over the boundary to a height of 6m. Removing in whole the lowest limb over the vegetable patch and smaller secondary branches off the main stem nearest the fence.

Conservation Area Notification - Top Sycamore to previous pruning points - Leaving a height of approx. 7m x approx. 4m wide . This is maintenance work tree has outgrown surroundings and needs trimming back. Fell Elder to ground level and stump grind - Elder is growing in boundary where fence is to be installed.
