Non-Material Amendment to Application 21/506294/FULL : The addition of rear dormers with obscure glazed windows to both new dwellings and changes to ground floor to give a more open plan feel to the layout.

Non-Material Amendment to Application 18/500728/FULL: To erect a single storey side extension in place of approved two storey side extension. Footings/footprint dimensions to remain the same. New mono pitched vaulted roof along length of existing building with hips at front and back. Two velux skylight windows. Tiles to be similar in style/colour of existing building. Small flat roof (approx. 2500 x 3000mm) at rear of extension where proposed kitchen extends beyond rear building line. Replace proposed rear extension french doors with large window, door to side of extension as shown in option two of approved application.
