Prior notification for a proposed single storey rear extension which: A) Extends by 6.3 metres beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling. B) Has a maximum height of 3.534 metres from the natural ground level. C) Has a height of 2.1 metres at the eaves from the natural ground level.

Erection of 1no. detached one bedroom dwelling.

Outline application (with all matters reserved except access) for the erection of 1no. dwelling, including demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of car barn.

Erection of 3no. dwellings with associated garages, parking, and amenities, including alterations to existing access.

Alterations to covered residential storage area to provide habitable living space and erection of a single storey rear extension to existing dwellinghouse .

Erection of 4no. dwellings with associated access and parking (Resubmission 22/504957/FULL).

TPO Application to fell one yew tree to ground level and grind the main rootball of the stump to a depth of up to 150mm below ground level. To mitigate the loss we propose to replace the tree with a new sapling to be approved at a distance no less than 7.5 metres from dwelling. Other works on sketch plan we believe do not fall within needing planning permission as are all post 1955. However these works would we believe require notification to Tree Officer.

Demolition of the existing buildings and structures on site, including the existing sales building, forecourt, dwelling and outbuildings, and the erection of a new sales building, new pumps and pump islands, new bin store, reconfiguration of forecourt layout, removal of trees, new car parking (to include the installation of Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) spaces), and associated works.
