TPO Application - Carpinus Betulus, tree overwhelmed by ivy and is causing damage to the boundary fence of the property (by lifting). We would like to remove the tree. Replacment Carpinus Betula can be placed nearby subject to TPO 1 of 1969

Tree Preservation Order Application : Translocate nine trees T2, T3, T6, T7, T9, T11, T12, T14 and T15. Remove/replace two others and replace them with six trees T10 and T13. All details set out in Arboricultural Report.

TPO Application to fell one yew tree to ground level and grind the main rootball of the stump to a depth of up to 150mm below ground level. To mitigate the loss we propose to replace the tree with a new sapling to be approved at a distance no less than 7.5 metres from dwelling. Other works on sketch plan we believe do not fall within needing planning permission as are all post 1955. However these works would we believe require notification to Tree Officer.

Demolition of the existing buildings and structures on site, including the existing sales building, forecourt, dwelling and outbuildings, and the erection of a new sales building, new pumps and pump islands, new bin store, reconfiguration of forecourt layout, removal of trees, new car parking (to include the installation of Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) spaces), and associated works.

TPO Application: To cut back one yew tree (T2) back to the boundary reducing the tree by 4ft, also to reduce the height by 20ft due to cutting light and heat from our house.
