Section 73 Variation of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10 of MA/10/0256 (Application to extend the time limit for implementing permission MA/01/0686 being "Outline application for the erection of dwellings with associated access with provision for community facilities and open space with all matters reserved for future consideration"), to amend the wording to "The development shall not commence outside of the hatched area on drawing MTL-127-14-rev B until...", to allow some development to commence on site prior to the requirements of each condition being met.

Section 73 -Variation of Condition 2 (Surface Water Drainage Scheme) and 3 (Arboricultural Method Statement) pursuant to application 15/509041/REM (- Approval of reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance and landscaping) following the outline approval dated 23 November 2012 (MA/10/0256) for the erection of 272 dwellings (planning conditions 1, 2, 7 and 8) to amend the wording to "The development shall not commence outside of the hatched area on drawing MTL-127-14-rev B until...", to allow some development to commence on site prior to the requirements of each condition being met. Variations of conditions 10 (Ecology) and 16 (Open Space) to reflect respectively up to date planning policy and local circumstances.

Variation of condition 11 of previously approved: 17/500098/FULL (Demolition of existing buildings and erection of single detached dwelling house) for no development, other than ground works, including the excavation of foundation trenches, shall take place until the existing buildings on the site are demolished and their foundations and all other arising's removed from site.

Section 74B - Application for Variation of Condition 27 (relating to construction working hours to allow for construction to take place between the hours of 07:30 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:00 Saturdays and no works to take place Sunday, including Bank Holidays) Pursuant to SW/14/0045 for - Outline application including access for a mixed use development comprising business park (up to 5385sqm of commercial units, and a 2000sqm office (innovation centre), a hotel (approx 70 bed), pub/restaurant (up to 400sqm), health centre (up to 300sqm), 196 residential dwellings, open space including sports pitches, amenity open space and parkland, roads, allotments and a traveller site.

Non Material Amendment - Variation of wording of condition 22 from 'No occupation of the development hereby permitted shall take place' to no more than 40 dwellings of the development hereby permitted shall take place' subject to 19/505214/FULL.
