Change of use from library (Class D1) and Police Station (Class Sui Generis) to residential use (Class C3) including 4 x 1 bed flats, 3 x 2 bed flats, 1 x 3 bed flat and 1 x 3 bed house. Alterations and erection of additional storey above the exisitng library and police station, replacement of rear garage and shop with a new two storey house with associated landscaping, car parking, cycle parking and refuse storage.
