Erection of a two storey side extension to the south west of the dwelling. Fenestration changes to the front elevation of the main dwellinghouse. Vehicle access widening and installation of brick piers and sliding gate.

Demolition of existing single storey rear & side extension & construction of new single storey rear & two storey side extension on same footprint as existing extension. Removal of existing roof tiles & remaining chimney & replaced by external blue/black slates to match existing building.
