The renovation of the 16th Century wing to provide 6No. guest bedrooms with ensuite, comprising the removal of some of the later partitions; the forming of new openings in existing partitions; the addition of new partitions; the addition of new linings to existing historic partitions; the careful repair of existing plaster & lath to walls and ceilings; the installation of new soil and vent pipes and other associated plumbing; the installation of new electrical circuits, and the addition of an external fire-escape door at ground floor.
