T1 - Yew - Fell to low stump and treat. T3 - Sycamore - Fell to low stump and treat. SG2 - Ivy encroachment - Remove as much Ivy as possible and treat. TG1 - Group of Elm trees - Fell trees within / in-line with the rear boundary of 27 Butt Lane only.

T1 Corkscrew Willow (Salix matsudana 'Tortuosa') - Reduce in height and width on boundary side by no more than 1.5 metres. Removal of any dead branches. Trim extensive overhang into neighbour's garden on left boundary. T2 Silver Birch (Betula pendula) - Reduce height by no more than 1 metre and prune to improve shape. T3 Silver Birch (Betula pendula) - Reduce height by no more than 1 metre and prune to improve shape.

T1 - Elderberry to be cut back by 1.5 metres from the boundary which is overhanging the neighbouring property. T3 - Small dead Cherry tree to be felled. T2 - Group of tree's that consist of 1 Apple and 3 Cherry tree's to be reduced by 2 metres, back to previous pruning points for general maintenance of the tree's.

G1 - Removal of Ivy, dead prunus and hawthorn/bramble overhanging the boundary line of Stebbing court.

T1-T17 Leylandii Cypress - Fell and replace them to the rear boundary with 17 trees comprising of 5 Oak trees, 10 Sycamore trees and 2 Willow trees

T1 Cockscrew Willow - Reduce in height and width on boundary side by no more than 0.75 metres. T2 - Ornamental Apple - Reduce no more than 0.3 metres.

Acer negundo (G2) rear garden western boundary - reduce the height and spread of the tree by 1.5m

T1 Buddleia - Hard trim to reduce by 3 metres. T2 Cherry Laurel (Prunus Laurocerasus) - Hard trim to reduce by 1 metre and shape. T3 & T4 Cheesewood - Hard trim to reduce each by 2 metres and shape. T5 Common Lime (Tilia x Europea) - Crown lift by 1 metre to separate Viburnham underneath. T6 Damson (Prunus domestica 'Institia' - Crown reduce by 2 metres and shape. T7 Japanese maple (Acer Palmatum) - reduce by 0.5 metres and shape. T8 Cordyline - remove dead fronds and tidy. T9 Wild Cherry (Prunus avium) on Boundary - Administer pesticide spray to eliminate blackfly that is causing the leaves to curl and turn black. Formative prune by 1 metre.

T1 Lime - Crown lift by 1 metre to separate from Viburnum underneath. G2 - 2x Pittosporum - Trim to reduce by 1 metre and shape. T3 Damson - Crown reduce by 2 metres and shape. T4 Cordyline - Remove dead fronds (exempt) and tidy. T5 Fastigiate Cherry (on boundary) - Formative prune by approximately 50cm

G4 Sycamore x 2 located at rear boundary by reducing the height of both trees by up to 2m and lateral spread by 2m. Remove Ivy from crowns.
