Proposed new boundary fencing

Change of use of land to a 'forest learning area' for Maldon Court Preparatory School with wooden boundary fencing.

Replacement of low level fencing and gates with new 2.4m high fencing and gates to existing boundary.

Replacement of existing 2.1m high close boarded boundary fence with 2.1m high brick boundary wall.

Variation to previous permission FUL/MAL/18/01326 to include realignment of brick wall and include timber access gates to avoid underground services, manholes and gulley. Extension of brick wall on boundary to include gates front and rear and reposition of existing steel fence to protect parking area.

Material change of use of land to the south of the existing site 'The Hawthorns' and siting of an addition mobile home for permanent residential occupation with associated access gateway, driveway and hardstanding, grassed amenity area and boundary fencing and landscaping.

Alterations to the fenestration including the removal and replacement of windows and an additional roof light, replacement and extension to the existing boundary wall and the erection of a fence to the side. Replacement front door.

Demolition of 1 no. existing commercial unit (Unit 1), and erection of 1 no. pair of commercial units (Unit 1a and Unit 1b), for Use Class E purposes, but excluding Use Class E (d) (indoor sports). Associated works including alterations to parking area, new fencing and gates, new boundary hedge, refuse and recyclable storage area, provision of cycle parking and widening of vehicle access.

Proposed railing fence to west (front) boundary

Alterations to raise the roof, including addition of two dormer windows, balcony and other associated works, construction of outbuilding, front extension, demolition and replacement of side extensions, alteration to elevation materials and replacement boundary wall and fencing.
