Replace garage door with double window and seal remaining entrance around. Bring floor to building regulations for a usable room / home office. 2. Increase extension to within 300mm of the existing property front face. 3. Increase extension to within 300mm of the existing property back face. 4. Replace one set of rear patio doors with window of the same width . 5. Centralise front door to achieve a symmetrical athletically front aspect with side panels 6.
