(Resubmission)) Amendment sought: Omit 2nd storey front an rear aspect windows. Introduce additional rooflights and sun pipe. Reduction of front extension in width and depth. Alternation to rear extension roof form including addition of roof lights and glazed element to side elevation. Addition of window on second floor side elevation. Removal of door on side elevation.

Alterations to rear balcony, external windows and doors, elevations to be clad and rendered. Alterations of the internal layout and conversion the loftspace and insertion of roof lights.
