To amend Condition 2 of Planning Permission 21/01253/FUL (Replacement dwelling with detached garage, landscaping and extension of garden land.)

Application for non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission FUL/MAL/20/01278 (Proposed splitting of dwelling / offices to form 2 semi detached houses, conversion and extension of existing garage to form 3 bedroom detached house (following outline application 18/01035/OUT) and associated works) Amendment sought: 1. Replace garage door with double window and seal remaining entrance around. Bring floor to building regulations for a usable room / home office. 2. Increase extension to within 300mm of the existing property front face. 3. Increase extension to within 300mm of the existing property back face. 4. Replace one set of rear patio doors with window of the same width . 5. Centralise front door to achieve a symmetrical athletically front aspect with side panels 6. Reinstate existing central window (single only). 7. Extend cladding to within 1m of the floor to match the design of new properties being built on adjacent land. Remaining shall be a brick plinth.
