The development proposals comprise up to 1,300 dwellings, including public open space, landscaping and storm water balancing, land reserved for a primary school and secondary school (Use Class F1(a)), an extra care facility (Class C2) and a local centre to consist of retail, commercial and community buildings. It is anticipated that a hybrid application will be submitted in January 2023 involving an outline application for 872 dwellings, the primary school, secondary school, extra care facility and local centre along with a detailed application for 428 dwellings.
