T1 Oak Deadwood whole tree, raise canopy to 5.5metres all the way round. Reduce secondary branch travelling towards the house and over the garage by 1.5metres and to a suitable growth point. Reduce 1 branch travelling over neighbours property by 1.5metres to raise and bring it back with in the owners boundary. Remove epicormic growth from lower half of tree along with ivy and clean the stem up.

Reduce height of boundary hedge to no less than 2m. Fell Holly Tree growing between the hedge and garage building as it has outgrown location.
