Render building white. 1.5 storey front extension, loft conversion with hip to gable extensions. Demolition of existing conservatory, creation of new single storey extension, garage conversion and extension of patio area. Installation of velux windows into roof and new oriel style windows to front elevation.

Proposed removal of conservatory, 2 No. two storey extensions, partial raising of the roof and an external stairs and roof windows to the existing garage

Convert existing roof space in garage and extend to rear to form study and hobby room. Amendment to application 20/00882/FULHH to relocated two velux windows.
