Alterations to existing planning permission ref: 17/00155/FULHH - Two storey rear extension, pitched garage roof, porch and shed (Changes include alterations to windows and roof of porch and garage conversion)

Replacement of the two windows with custom made units to exactly the same dimensions and appearance but opening outwards and utilising slimline double glazing for thermal efficiency and security. All glazing bars to be integral to the frame and each pane to be a separate glazing unit. Replacement of the 1980s concrete tiled roof on the potting shed with a slate roof with a small conservation rooflight installed to allow natural light.
