Leylandi Hedge - Fell hedge as overgrown and affecting fence

T1 Conifers Remove to ground level as they are pushing up a wall and damaging the fence. T2 Holly Remove to ground level. The tree is pushing up the fence and is growing over the fence into the garden. All work will be to BS3998 2010 and carried out by qualified and competent arborists.

False Acacia - major deadwood removal and reduction by 20%, sever ivy and thin epicormic growth, remove branch that has caused the roof to leak by growing under roof tiles. Lilac Tree- removal, partially failed at the root plate to ground level. Currently leaning against neighbours fence. Cherry Tree - remove dead branches overhanging neighbouring property outbuildings. Pine tree - removal as it is dropping branches and needles and causing severe issues with the outbuildings, root plate effecting the building foundations.

1-2 - 3 Conifers - fell 3 - Yew - trim back from growing over roof of Summer House 4 - Plum tree - fell 5-6 - 7 Hawthorn trees trim to remove branches below 6ft 7 - Conifer - fell 9 Silver Birch - trim overhanging branches back to fence line

T1-Acacia tree - Pollard as tree is a poor specimen. T2, T3-Cotoneaster tree - Reduce to 1 metre above top of fence, to maintain suitable size for its location. T4-Sorbus tree - Reduce to 1 metre above top of fence, to maintain suitable size for its location.

T1. Oak remove due to its close proximity to building the tree has also a significant lean over the building. T2. Ash remove as with the oak the Ash is overhanging the building and both trees are shedding large branches onto the building on a regular basis. T3. Sycamore remove the tree is showing signs of decline which is probably due to the Ivy which covers 75% of the tree. G1. A group of willow re- pollard to approximately 5 feet just above fence height. Clear any overhanging branches on the lane to give approximately 8 meters clearance for large vehicle access to neighbouring property.

T1-Yew tree - Pollard down to a stem height of 2.5 metres as tree is of poor form and its top split out. T2,T3-Yew trees - Remove overhangs to fence line by shortening side branches by up to 4 metres, to maintain suitable size for their location. T4-Walnut tree - Tip prune by removing not more than 2 metres of growth (house side) to maintain suitable size for its location. T5-Bird Cherry tree - Fell as tree is dead. T6-Weston Red Cedar tree - Crown lift up to 4.5 metres and tip prune lower canopy to shape, to maintain suitable size for its location

Application for the approval of details reserved by Condition 6 (tree protection plan and protection fencing details) of Planning Permission 19/01302/FUL

T1 - Large Apple - pollard to previous points T2 - Small Apple reduce by 2 metres all round T3 - Large Conifer sided up to the fence line (approx. 2 metres)
