Resubmission of previously approved householder application (20/01362/FUL) due to irreparable condition of host dwelling to demolish and erect replacement. Alterations and extensions proposed to reconstructed/replacement dwelling, including on-site parking and turning, in accordance with previously approved scheme. Submission includes pre-emptive submission of materials related to discharge of conditions on previously approved scheme and schedule of works and methods statements related to the demolition and reconstruction of the host dwelling.
