Internal alterations to house to include new bathroom on first floor, new bathroom on second floor, including rooflight, alterations to fireplaces, alterations to breakfast room to create kitchen, new door to landing, alterations to existing storage area over rear stairs, plus new garden shed and greenhouse.

Alterations to part of existing outbuildings to form a residential annexe to the main house

1.5 metre extension to the side of the existing modern entrance way extension that is attached to the house. This is to be able to incorporate a utility and downstairs toilet. The height and pitch will remain the same as existing. Matching bricks will be used to blend in to existing. Current concrete tiles will be replaced with Slate as agreed in principle by the Melton Council Conservation officer on his recent site visit.

Replace 2 x front of house, first floor middle sash windows, with like for like replacement.

1) Replace 3 timber sash windows on the ground floor front elevation of house. As shown in PA01, Replace single glazed glass units for sealed glazed heritage units in like for like timber sash windows. 2) Remove retro fitted secondary aluminium framed glazing to windows 1 & 3 as detailed in PA01. Refurbish wooden shutters on Window 3 and install shutters in the same style in window 1. 3) Replace timber front door as shown as Door in PA01. 4) Replace glazed frontage to outbuilding with wooden barn doors as shown in PA06
