Internal alterations to house to include new bathroom on first floor, new bathroom on second floor, including rooflight, alterations to fireplaces, alterations to breakfast room to create kitchen, new door to landing, alterations to existing storage area over rear stairs, plus new garden shed and greenhouse.

Replacement of the two windows with custom made units to exactly the same dimensions and appearance but opening outwards and utilising slimline double glazing for thermal efficiency and security. All glazing bars to be integral to the frame and each pane to be a separate glazing unit. Replacement of the 1980s concrete tiled roof on the potting shed with a slate roof with a small conservation rooflight installed to allow natural light.
