Change in fenestration from UPVC to accoya casement windows.

Replace brown UPVC external doors with wooden doors and replace external wooden windows which are weathered with new wooden windows matching the style of the neighbouring property.

Replace existing windows - like for like

Replace six softwood, painted single glazed casement windows with softwood painted slimline double glazed casement windows.

Remove existing five wooden sash windows at front of property and replace with new wooden sashes. Replace front door.

Proposed single storey extension, removal of C19 porch, minor internal alterations to the ground floor and 2no. replacement windows to the second floor on the front elevation.

To replace six windows - five on front elevation and one on the rear elevation due to rotting timber and general wear and tear.
