Replacement of casement windows and front door

1) Replace 3 timber sash windows on the ground floor front elevation of house. As shown in PA01, Replace single glazed glass units for sealed glazed heritage units in like for like timber sash windows. 2) Remove retro fitted secondary aluminium framed glazing to windows 1 & 3 as detailed in PA01. Refurbish wooden shutters on Window 3 and install shutters in the same style in window 1. 3) Replace timber front door as shown as Door in PA01. 4) Replace glazed frontage to outbuilding with wooden barn doors as shown in PA06

Proposal to replace windows with exact copy of originals using Accoya timber and 4/4argon/4 heritage sealed units with weights and pulleys.
