In Condition 4 remove reference to Mr McDonagh and his dependents, change the number of pitches to 10 and, increase the number of caravans to 13, including no more than 10 static caravans/mobile homes. Change Condition 2 to refer to a 1: 1250 location plan; 1: 500 Site Layout Plan; and Floor plan and elevations of the proposed amenity building.
