(i) Retrospective conversion with associated external alterations (Units 1, 2, 3, 8A, 8C, 8D, 9A, 9B, and 13B from agricultural use to office/ light industrial use (Class E (g)) with ancillary kitchen and welfare (Unit 9C) for office/light industrial workers; (ii) proposed change of use (Unit 6B) from agricultural to light industrial (Class E(g); (iii) provision of 2 No. sewage treatment package works (1 No. retrospective and 1 No. proposed); and (iv) proposed associated access, parking and service areas (part retrospective).

Change of use of agricultural land to Class E(g) (offices) & B8 (Storage and Distribution), to include construction of yards for scaffold storage and siting of containers, associated with existing B8 and approved Class E (former B1) use, construction of a track to access external yards (Part Retrospective).
