Leyland Cypress (G1 and G2) - Four individual trees to be felled to ground level. Two in the South West corner of the property (G1) and two in the South West corner (G2). Hybrid Poplar - G3 - Three trees in the South East corner of the property. Fell to ground level and treat stumps with EcoPlug Max (targeted glyphosate) to prevent regeneration. Leyland Cypress Hedge (H1) - Tall hedgerow at Southern boundary. Reduce height by 4m and shape to form as feasible. English Yew (Y) - Very large specimen immediately adjacent to South East corner of house. Reduce height by 40% and shape to form. Reduce spread to give up to 1.5m clearance from building.
