Decommisioning of Bank - Removal of signage, ATM, night safe plate, ADT Alarm box, letter box, window glazing with text, internal furniture and make good.

New openings for the insertion of 1 no. door and 1 no. window to the ground floor east elevation, 5 no. windows (2 pairs and a window) on the first-floor east elevation, 1 no. rooflight to the east slope roof, and 1. no timber boarded door to the north elevation

Alterations to glazing including new and replacement rooflights, fenestration and internal alterations including replacement staircase, creation of ensuite bathroom, demolition of modern partition walls, reinstatement of door way and creation of new door way. ( Re-submission of 2022/1052/LBC).

Alteration works to fenestration to rear West Elevation and garden landscape works.

Replace five wooden window frames with metal frames.

Re-roofing, re-laying of parapet gutter, fenestration, removal of soil-vent pipes and replace with inline tiles vents, redecoration and new rainwater goods.
